I think I like the dialogue a little better like this. Also, the overlapping word balloon makes the panel flow a little more clear.

Just as a heads up, there seems to be some awkwardness/typo action in the second panel. "I didn't don't they let space case retards into this composition" doesn't sound right. I'm guessing it's supposed to be "I didn't KNOW they let..."
Also, the balloons overlapping panels 1 and 3 are still a little confusing. Who's saying this dialog? Is it goggles kid from panel 1? Maybe it's just the size of the image on my monitor and there's an arrow attached to the speech balloon that I'm not seeing.
